However, if there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 3 calendar days to request for a refund and return the product.
However, please bear in mind that, if you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
– The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.
– The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place.
– The product has to be damage free, if we find any damage on the product, we will cancel your refund immediately
Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product, validate the receipt and then approve or reject the refund. Accordingly, we will communicate the process, the status and the number of days it might take for the refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours after purchase by contacting us at support@gardenmeuae.com. We will initiate the refund transfer and communicate the number of days accordingly. The refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Delivery / Shipping Policy
– We have patnered with a supplier in the UAE for all the products, delivery and installation. Hence, once the order is processed, the supplier’s team will communicate with the customer for the delivery and instalation. Incase if the customer faces any issue or need support with the order purhase, please contact us at support@gardenmeuae.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
– As per the company’s SLA, we will have customer’s order processed, shipped and delivered within 3 days or 72 hours from the time we receive customer’s purchase order/s.
– All our products are currently limited to the UAE only. Currently we are not taking orders and shipping outside the UAE.
– Delivery charges can be observed during the purchase in the cart / checkout page, it will be maintained or changed time to time based on the business contract we have with the supplier. For more information, please contact us at info@gardenmeuae.com.
Refunds
We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Shipping
Garden Me LLC (https://gardenmeuae.com) is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Garden Me LLC (https://gardenmeuae.com), even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.
